By embracing this holistic approach, he strives to create environments that seamlessly integrate nature, art, and landscape. 

As a registered architect and landscape architect, Tim brings a unique perspective to each project that is creative and broad. His multidisciplinary approach and collaborative spirit have earned him a reputation for leading complex projects and large consultant teams with a balance of creativity and level headedness. 

Throughout his career, Timothy has led numerous high-profile projects spanning a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, institutional, and public spaces. His portfolio showcases a keen attention to detail, a deep understanding of site context, and a passion for creating environments that foster connection. Ever the communicator, Tim excels at community driven design, often leading this effort on our projects. His ability to speak eloquently on multiple fronts, whether that be design, policy, economics or construction has equipped LILA with the ability to lead projects regionally and globally. 

Tim is also an Instructor at Drexel University where he teaches studios and seminars focussed on integrating architecture and landscape into urban contexts. Tim graduated with distinction from Harvard University with a Master of Landscape Architecture and from Temple University with a Bachelor of Architecture. Tim is a registered architect in New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont and a registered Landscape Architect in New York and Pennsylvania.
